Discussion interactions are currently paused.

My buyer doesn’t want to use Evri because of bad previous experience.
I have opted to use Royal Mail & Evri but the buyer has only been given an option to use Evri when they check out.
can this be changed for this one sale ?

I’ve had to cancel the order but buyer still wants to buy but send by Royal Mail only.

What you can do for this one sale , is just to pay and buy postage over the counter for RM, at your Post Office.

Then, manually update your tracking this way, preferably using a laptop / PC with Chrome, that works best:

Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
Click on "View order details"
Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
Click on the "Add tracking" option
A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

For the unused Simple Delivery label:

If you paid for the label you can cancel it here:

If the buyer paid for it, it will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

Thank you I realise I can opt out of Evri but I don’t want to do that for all my listings.
