Sign in difficulties
I'm trying to sign in to view my saved items but keep getting refused access even with correct log in details then get a message saying I've exceeded attempts even after trying two times please could someone explain why this is happening

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, also use an alternative a different web browser to see if the issue replicates. Chrome in general works best.
