SHOP SUBSCRIPTION, 36p listing glitch charge for any amendment, any autorenewed listing, send help!

Anybody else noticed all these crazy amounts taken for autorenewing or editing any listing. Used to get 1500 free listings, then 6p for anything additional and 0p for editing existing. Have just checked and am being robbed today, no agents availabe for help and I am fuming. Will wake up with -£100 for their own glitchy website. SEND HELP.

There is another similar post, as you have seen.

This seems to be a glitch. We can't help with glitches.
