Shoes sold as New, are Not according to Ebay if.....
I thought that you may be interested to know that according to the Ebay trainer authentification team today, any trainers which have been tried on prior to sale should not be listed as " New" in box or without box, but should be listed ss " Used". I am sure this will be news to shoe shops up and down the country as well as it was to me. I enclose the sentence from the email I received concerning this.

Buying on eBay isn't like the shops. Certainly buyers can try on clothing and footwear in a shop, but that's not "using" them.
Unfortunately many sellers on eBay try to pass off what they think are just lightly used items as new. My favourite was the seller who sold a "new" car radio, then apologised for the delay in delivering it because he had to wait until he could take it out of his mate's car!
I'm afraid that in the case of eBay sales the authenticators are probably right to treat any signs or acknowledgement of home use as being "used".

Mentor6 months agoBest not mention that they have been tried on.
However, looking at your current listing for shoes, you again say only tried on.
I examined pics & can see dirt in the tread.
May be best to revise to "used".
