Shipping two large boxes
Hello I’ve got two big boxes for an order I need to sell and I’ve only been provided with one shipping label but I’ll need 2 can anyone advise me on what to do next

Mentor11 months agoIf you're able to strap the boxes together you could cancel/refund with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list. Then relist using DHL for extra large/heavy items for the buyer to buy again.
Or you could cancel as above and relist as two separate listings, each with their own postage. Ask the buyer not to buy them both at the same time otherwise ebay will combine and you'll be back to square one.
