Shipping not combing
A buyer has won 33 items (comic books) when they try to pay they will be charged all the postage added together not 1 reduced cost, I have tried lots of things with no luck and I don't seem to be able to send an invoice with reduced shipping costs.

Mentor1 year agoYou can't send an invoice these days. Best thing is to cancel/refund with buyer's agreement and relist them all on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.
The alternative would be to send them together anyway. Open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched then try to add the tracking number to the extra items at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser. Some people have problems doing this. If the buyer paid for the unused labels the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
