shipping label refund
Hello, I had to purchase a separate shipping label to fulfil the fast delivery promise for the order. I have requested a refund for the original eBay label. Could you please explain how to find it in the system? Thank you.

OP10 months agoYou would have to find the (sold) item in question.
There you would see that I paid the postage.

Mentor10 months agoOK, so it would have had free postage on the listing. In that case you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
You will need to add the new tracking number to get a refund. You do that via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. Has to be done on a desktop browser.
You may have to open the original SD label first. That will mark the item as dispatched too but it will remain unused.

Mentor10 months agoYou have buyer pays postage on your listings so they will get a refund for the unused Simple Delivery label. I'm afraid you cannot recover the postage you bought yourself.
