Hi, i have an issue with shipping a toy the USA, the buyer goes to check out and receives this message, I have global shipping turn in and have sent to the USA before. Is this an issue with the buyers delivery address.

It looks like it, or it could GSP being flaky. The buyer could try refiguring their address on eBay or you could relist with direct postage to USA for the buyer to buy again. Either way you'd have to cancel transaction and relist afterwards.
