Shipping fees don't match up
Hi, I've made multiple purchases to an international seller with no problems but combined shipping didn't adjust so the seller refunded me back some money to adjust accordingly, however when the refund came through it wasn't very much and sfter exchanging screenshots of our sale screens the shipping eBay were charging me weren't all going to the seller, one of the purchases charged me $3.47 in VAT which is ok and $12.08 in shipping however on his completed sale screen the shipping eBay had paid was only $2 so where is the other $10, are eBay scamming the both of us or what, as I said the 20%VAT for international purchases was already separately added and I cant find a way to talk to someone from eBay, please help

Mentor5 months agoIf postage was through GSP, seller only gets domestic postage.
You are charged directly by Pitney Bowes for international postage and import fees.
Even if seller posts direct,the discrepancy is likely to be currency exchange rates.
