shipping cancelled and returned to the seller

Question

tracking details show that parcel is being returned back to the seller for some reason. Thus, I need a full refund, obviously, but seller doesn't reply and I can't start a request for ebay to help, as it's still about 2-3 weeks for late delivery deadlines. why should I wait for so long - any way I can contact eBay support to process a refund straight away, as tracking information says to do so, as it's not going to be delivered anyway?

No point contacting CS as they will not facilitate a faster refund, but advise you as you already know, if the seller will not cancel, to wait one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery, and open a case for item not received.

Are you in good communication with the seller? Have you asked them to cancel the order ?

They may be waiting for the item to be back in their possession, before cancelling the order which initiates your refund.
