Shipping and fees
Hi
seller has paid shipping by mistake when he is com8ng around to pick up item.
he has paid postage which hasn’t come to me. How do we go about getting the postage money back to him?

Mentor10 months agoAs said buyer will get refund, BUT you as seller are at risk, as you will have no proof of collection. Buyer only gets a code when item is listed for collection, gives you code, you load onto ebay as proof of delivery.
Unlikely but buyer could open a not received case and get a full refund.
This is why it pays to use systems as intended.That is why in these circumstances it is often recommended to cancel sale and relist as collection only, for buyer to buy again.

Mentor10 months agoIf the postage label is not used the buyer will automatically receive a refund for it in 30 days.

·10 months agoIf it was listed with Simple Delivery, Ebay will automatically refund the buyer if the label is not used.
This can take up to 30 days.
