Hi all, looking to sell a bumper to Germany and wandering why global shipping programme won’t allow the buyer to purchase ? It’s been enabled and the bumper is ready to go. Or does global shipping programme not actually mean global. Thanks

GSP does sometimes excludes particular items going to particular countries. Your alternative is it disable it in your postage preferences and relist with direct postage to Europe zone 1.
