Shill Bidding
I have been bidding on some Isle of Wight glass, items ended and supposedly sold to a bidder with no feedback
the glass was then relisted and ended tonight once again some of the glass sold to the same buyer with no feedback this time it was relisted immediately
Why doesnt Ebay pick up the shill bidding I shall not bother to bid again

MentorOct 5, 2026 at 11:48 AMNext time, try "sniping" i.e. bidding in the last few seconds of the auction. This won't leave the seller time to bid under another ID before the listing ends.

Sounds like the seller doesn't know what they are doing or allowing the buyer to buy the items as they have zero feedback.
Shill bidding is illegal.
