Sent wrong item and Buyer wont return
Seller had two Phones got the packages mixed up i ended up with the cheap phone,
can ebay make the other Buyer send the expensive phone back to the Seller ?

Focus on getting your money back for the phone you have incorrectly been sent and buying a new phone from a reliable seller.

You only have 30 days from delivery date to open an official 'Item not as described' case --- Seller or eBay should supply a prepaid return label --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance >

Mentor10 months agoYou are safe in the sense you cannot losses any money, but will be expensive for seller, even if the other buyer returns the phone.

Mentor10 months agoNo,eBay cannot make the other buyer return the phone to the seller.
Hopefully your seller has notified the other buyer of the mistake and offered to pay for the return of the phone
You should open a case for received wrong item then return to seller for refund or the seller may send the correct phone IF the other buyer returns it.
