Sent the wrong package to a customer
I have accidently used the same Evri QR code twice for two parcels I had to send. Meaning one of the customers has received both of the items. He has notified me of the mistake. But the item is only worth £4.
What would you suggest as the best way to resolve this?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt depends what the buyer who got nothing wants you to do. You need to keep them sweet.

With a low number of sales just one defect could damage your selling record.

MentorSep 19, 2026 at 3:57 PMIf you need it back he can open a "not as described" return to get a return postage label paid for by you. If you have another of the same item or the correct buyer is not fussed you could just issue a refund and let him keep the item or give it to a charity shop.
