Mentor1 week agoNot having used any ebay service, getting a refund cannot be enforced, and ebay will not help..Always use the tools ebay supplies, and open a return case, then when things go wrong you can escalate to ebay.

Mentor1 week agoContact the seller and let them know. The best way forward is probably for them to issue a refund and relist the item for you to buy again.
