Sent item returned as not known at address, the address was correct
Can someone advise please not sure what to do, as the addressee is not at that address it says not known. the address I used is correct. it has been rejected by the recipient

Mentor4 months agoYou can issue a cancellation/refund using the reason "Issue with buyer's address". And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

OP4 months agoThank you for the help I am puzzled as to why you would send something to an address where they say they do not know you, I have checked the address and the person is not listed as living there but people with the same surname are?

Mentor4 months agoMaybe their parents? They obviously didn't tell them though, if it was refused. Very odd.

OP4 months agoIt's very odd, account new day before and he bought another DVD off another seller the next day. I have heard nothing from him at all.
