hello I wonder if anyone can help? I purchased two separate items from an ebay seller both of which arrived from amazon. I asked to return the items and the seller provided a qr code. At the post office the qr code was scanned and the two items were removed from the parcel that I had wrapped them in and put into two separate bags for return directly to amazon. The post office man said that there wasn't a receipt and that the seller would contact me when the items had been received. One week late...
