hello I wonder if anyone can help? I purchased two separate items from an ebay seller both of which arrived from amazon. I asked to return the items and the seller provided a qr code. At the post office the qr code was scanned and the two items were removed from the parcel that I had wrapped them in and put into two separate bags for return directly to amazon. The post office man said that there wasn't a receipt and that the seller would contact me when the items had been received. One week later I haven't had any notification that the items have been received, I contacted the seller and have had no reply. I don't have a receipt, the parcel has gone back to amazon, will ebay have any idea that the items have been returned? Thanks for any advice that you can offer.

OP3 months agoThanks, it was started on ebay, we have just received a refund. It's a bit disconcerting when you don't have a receipt though. The system seems to be changing all the time and leaving us oldies puzzled.
