I sent a parcel Saturday and it hasn’t not arrived. The seller keeps messaging me several
Times a day asking where it is?. How long does a parcel take with evri?

Mentor3 weeks agoThe other thing, you must have acopy of the tracking number in the system if sent with SD, what does that say and what does it say on the Evri site? As @tobiasd4 says if item not arrived then the buyer needs to open an eBay case for them to deal with situation. Its not really your problem per se as the contract for postage/carrying is between Evri and eBay.

Buyer can open item not received case 1 day later.
As you used simple delivery, ebay refund buyer and you keep your money, but they have to open ebay case 1st.

OP3 weeks agoThanks for your reply. I did use simple delivery, I think it is 2 to 3 days, but not sure if it’s working days?
