Sent 2 items in same package
Hi, I am fairly new to selling on here and I did a deal with a buyer for 2 items I had for sale, which I was happy to do but not thinking I sent both items in the one package. The buyer has received both items but one of them says waiting to be delivered as i didn't use the postage for one and sent them both together.
Is there anything I can do to help resolve this so I can get the paid?

Mentor9 months agoOpen the unused label to mark the item as dispatched then add the tracking number to the extra item at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser but some people have problems doing this. If you can't do it the money will be released anyway in 14 days (unless ebay put it on "new seller" hold for 30 days).
If the buyer paid for the unused label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
