Sensitive data screenshoot attached by mistake
Hi All,
Not long time ago I dropped a negative feedback to one of my sellers. I also attached some screenshoots which included conversation between myself and seller. Today I noticed that by mistake I attached 1 screenshoot which contain some sensitive data. Is it posible to remove this screenshot from my feedback? Please advise.Thank you.

MentorAug 14, 2026 at 5:40 AMYou will have to approach ebay to do that, it is likely that if they do anything it will be to remove all the feedback.

MentorAug 14, 2026 at 5:39 AMDoubtful the only way would be to speak with CS and see if they can manage this for you.
To get hold of them for a call back you'll need to keep typing contact agent in the relevant area eg feedback. Eventually AI gets it and gives you the option. Best to do on desktop too.
