Sending two orders in one parcel

Hello, I'm a bit worried that in trying to be kind to a buyer, I have caused a problem.

This morning someone made a small purchase from me, then ordered 4 more. He paid for postage.

To try to reduce his cost, I read that I could print one postage label, send the items together and manually enter "dispatched" and the tracking number onto the second order. Then I hoped that my purchaser would get a refund on his second postage label.

So having posted all 5 items in one parcel, which is now showing as "in transit," I don't seem to be able to manually update the second order as dispatched.

Help! It looks as though I am being bad in not dispatching the second item.

Any advice would be appreciated.

To mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > Print label for the original label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days. You cannot change the tracking and payment may be held for 14 days.
