Sending Toy soldiers to USA by global shipping

I’ve a query from a prospective buyer in the US saying that my listing for toy soldiers does not show global shipping being available to the US. Upon checking the listing I see that USA is not included in the list of countries available for GS.

Is this a glitz in eBay’s system?

You do not have to use global. Individuals can post to the USA much cheaper than Global.
