sending multiple items to one buyer
ive sent item with another item (eBay didn't combine postage) so item is still showing 'buyer paid - send now'. How do I mark it as sent without purchasing a not needed QR code?

Mentor7 months agoAs said, go to "Get prepaid label" > "Get prepaid label and QR code".
It won't be used but will be paid for anyway. If the buyer paid for it the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days. Or if you paid for it (ie. free postage on your listing) you can cancel it here:

Mentor7 months agoJust opening the label may give ability to mark as dispatched, then cancel label to a oid being charged.
Simple postage is hopeless for combining purchases, I think it is recommended that buyers put in basket then pay that way. Alternative is to cancel sales with buyer’s agreement and relist as one item. Complicated by refund and buyer may have to wait for money, and also risk of losing two sales.
Of course as buyers are not aware of the problems for sellers this does not help.
