sending invoices abroad
I am trying to send an invoice to a buyer in Germany but this message popped up 'Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice.' What does this mean please

Mentor11 months agoIf you have GSP or direct postage to Europe on your listing you wouldn't need to send an invoice unless buyer bought more than one item.

Mentor11 months agoIf they bought them on one listing then that is a single item as far as ebay are concerned. With the message you're getting it sounds like GSP is enabled so you don't need to send an invoice. You could wait and see if buyer pays.

Mentor11 months agoIt used to be that it would say ships to UK "and many other countries". Not sure if that's still the case though.
