Help !New to this !

Do I have to put any details in packaged item going for authentication or do they get details for them to send it on to the buyer from the QR code on the label ? Thanks Carole 🙂

You don't need to add any details, just use the address label provided.

A lot of jewellery fails authentication because it does not have a full UK hallmark.

Did you look at Ebay's jewellery policy before listing your ring?

Rules for metals

If your item is made from plated, flashed or filled metals, you will need to clearly state this in the title, item specifics and item description, such as "gold-plated silver"
Platinum, gold and silver items must meet applicable laws for stamping:
- Gold stamps: 9ct, 14ct, 18ct, 22ct
- Silver stamps: Sterling Silver, 925, 958, 999
- Platinum stamps: Plat, Pt, 850Pt, 900Pt, 950Pt, 999Pt
- Palladium stamps: 500Pd, 950Pd, 999Pd
