Sending an oversized parcel
Summary: mgcredit is seeking advice on sending a parcel that exceeds the size limits for a prepaid label via Simple Delivery. They are unsure how to proceed since there is no apparent way to contact the service for assistance and are considering arranging their own postage. They request help on what steps to take next.
Hello,
I have made a sale of an item and used Simple Delivery. It's an item that needed to be disassembled. I've now packaged it up but the dimensions exceed the Simple Delivery dimensions referenced as I go to print the prepaid label. It will only let me select Medium parcel, but the dimensions of my parcel are approx 90cmx45x45. The weight is fine. I'm not sure how I should proceed to send this? It says underneath the option where Medium parcel is displayed that if you're item is larger than the dimensions contact us...but there doesn't seem to be any way to contact anyone? Should I just not use the prepaid option and organise my own postage?
Appreciate the help.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt's safer to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders/sold list) and relist with correct postage.
You need "bulky parcel" which goes up to 120 x 80 x 80 cm. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it appears. And use a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
Or you could use "Oversized" to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That also depends on category.
