Sending a tube medium parcel
Hi
i am sending a poster via the Global Shipping Program. The only options it will give me are Medium Parcel size but different weights.
mine is under 1kg but 63cm long.
i know Royal Mail limit is 61cm
Evri it is more.
i already cancellled the order and relisted. buyer not happy of course but obliged. I thought i had unchecked Royal Mail as an option but is not the case.
i cannot ask to cancel again the order. Should I send?? Or will I get penalized?
’Simple Delivery’ is anything but simple.
it is doubly frustrating there is no help from eBay … or guidance. Am hoping someone here may help or advise?
thanks a lot

Mentor4 months agoYes, this is direct from Royal Mail site "For rolled and cylinder-shaped parcels, the length of the item plus twice the diameter must not exceed 104cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90cm."
