Sending a Bike. Item has sold, but need to changed from Royal Mail to Parcel Force
Spent an age using the AI chat trying to get an answer
Seems like I cannot change service once sold as the box will be oversized (weight is OK)
Do I get the buyer to cancel their purchase (or I issue a refund?) then relist to the buyer with the correct postage option selected.
Parcel Force seems to only be an option for International postage.

I'm I able to just share the relisted item with the original buyer, in the past I have had sellers tailor a listing for me.
