Send to USA from UK - change of carrier imposed
I have sold an item to someone in the USA - I am in the UK
I had the international link for postage open - the option was Royal Mail International - £10
The buyer paid for the item and postage - £10 Royal Mail International
The pop up told me to print the label but I only had an UPS option at £26.13
Plus customs form where I needed HS tariff code - and have spent an hour getting no where close to finding what I am sending

I have contacted to buyer to say there is a problem my end
So - why has my option to send via Royal Mail disappeared
Can I ask the buyer to pay more?
