Mentor1 month agoSend offers, is obvious enough but will not be there all the time, it is only relevant when a watcher meets the requirements.

Mentor1 month agoUnderneath your eBay avatar and name there's an 'Eligible to send offers' section you can expand.

Mentor1 month agoClick on that link and you'll see your eBay avatar (yours is a blue circle) and your eBay name.
Underneath that is the 'Eligible to send offers' section.
