Send invoice to customer
Hi
There is page showing how to send invoices to customers in seller hub

How can I send invoice to customer after payment completed. I have no products in "Awaiting payment. " I cannot see any actions in My eBay orders to send invoice.

Mentor10 months agoInvoices and reminders to pay are sent automatically by eBay at sale end so no need for sending another invoice unless you are combining orders ?.

OP10 months agoAs a buyer I never got vat invoice. I always have to ask. The companies, i buy from, sending automatic invoices set shipping address as company.

OP10 months agoI can see this problem as a buyer as well. As seller i cannot sent pdf using messaging system. I need to create image every time I send invoice. As a buyer I get images as well . Annoying

I am business seller , sometimes customers want VAT invoices.

Depending on reason why you want to do this, you could send a paypal invoice.
