Sells with free postage then sent invoice after for postage - £21!
I purchased a chair and my delivery address was added, came up with free postage so I paid.
The next day the seller sent me an additional invoice for postage for £21?
How is this allowed???

Sorry repeated advice already given but was interrupted while doing answer. Certainly report seller for cancelling sale without your agreement and leave negative feedback. Make it brief to avoid any reason for seller to get it removed, suggest “ cancelled sale without my agreement, advertised free delivery then wanted to charge for delivery”.

OP2 weeks agoIt will not allow me to submit a did not receive case, it says the seller refunded in full so case closed

Mentor2 weeks agoIgnore it. You are not allowed to do that. However by ignoring the seller may cancel the order. Then I would report them to eBay if they do. Come back here for further advice if that’s the case

OP2 weeks agoThank you. They have literally just cancelled the order and issued a refund stating that the postage charge was the courier not them
They should not be advertising free delivery then??
