Selling voucher lost after Argos stock issue can I recover and use

Why can you not easily get to speak to someone the automated response can not help meAnyway was given a £50 voucher for selling bought a TV off Argos who in their wisdom failed to correctly stock list and therefore the order is likely to be cancelled and refunded. Can I recover the voucher or is it lost

Sorry, vouchers are 1 use only. So if argos refund you, voucher is lost.
