Selling to Northern Ireland

I’m based in England and I have a potential buyer located in Northern Ireland but they are telling me they can’t check out and to contact seller (myself) it’s only a soft toy around £5 in value. What could the issue be?

It may be to do with Evri because they charge more for NI, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as rest of UK. This causes problems with the postage. The best thing to do is remove Evri from your postage preferences. Then the buyer should be able to go ahead using Royal Mail.
