Selling issues
I posted an item that i sold on 18 they received it on the 20th however on ebay its saying that ive not sent it yet I have the tra king number. Uts not showing anywhere in which to put the number in on their mobile app? Anyone got any idea.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou cannot now add any new tracking, eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details.
If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.
Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you use the system it gets marked as posted and tracking loaded sutomaticslly.
If you did it your way, not possible to mark as dispatched or load tracking.
