Selling in the USA

Question

I have been contacted by a few potential customers who state they are prevented from biding/purchasing my items in the USA, has anyone come across this problem before?

Some of your items have shipping prices and methods to the US on them, but others don't. The GSP doesn't ship all items there, even if they're not on the restricted/prohibited list.

Is there a particular listing that you're asking about here?

I ship internationally via Global Shipping Program, I thought shipping costs, duties,etc were calculated by them. Certainly they are for other countries which I have shipped to with no issues.

Simple really, while you might post to USA, unless you provide postage cost on listing, buyer could not pay, so therefore cannot buy.

You need to provide shipping costs before overseas buyers can buy and pay.
