Selling fees.
Hi, I sold an item last month after selling it showed i would be getting £28. But when the funds became available I only got £13, now I got an email saying about fees havent been paid. I thought once you sold something the selling fees came out of the amount you sold the item for . Or am I missing something

Mentor11 months agoYour Payment tab >> All transactions will show you a clearer breakdown of fees paid. Perhaps use a laptop/PC and Chrome, that works well, not the app or mobile browser to do this, see here:

Should that still not explain the fees to pay contact eBay Customer Services. eBay rarely get their fees wrong, but CS can explain any for you.
