How do you stop a seller selling copy items that smell bad and causes a bad skin reaction, the cream claims to be no7 but is nothing like the real cream.

·10 months agoIf you have bought this product you should open a return case, send the item back at the seller's expense and get a full refund.
You can also leave negative feedback and mark the stars down for 'item description'.
If all unhappy buyers take these actions, the seller will lose buyers and will be penalised by Ebay for poor ratings, low feedback score and a high return rate,
