Mentor6 months agoEbay requires a seller who buys goods to sell to have a business account, whatever the goods.
Trading on a private account results also in a number of laws being broken.
Whatever you decide about CBD you need to upgrade your account.

Mentor6 months agoEbay won't even let you apply to sell CBD items unless you have a business account.

I guess my question is how do you become a permitted seller? Im currently not selling cbd products. Just doing some research to see what's involved

You are trading illegally.
