Hi folks, I am selling an item and someone in Italy is interested, I haven't sent anything to the EU before any advice? is it tricky? I can't seem to switch the International shipping tab on, the item is on an active listing, do I need to re-list it?

You need to quote shipping cost to Italy as without it buyer could not pay.

The EU is introducing a fixed fee on low value items, I am hoping ebay will collect like they do with VAT, but ebay’s explanation I found as clear as mud.
