I have recently sold an item & it’s been collected, the buyer message came through as paid.
i haven’t used eBay for a number of years & was unaware the buyer was to supply a code on collection. The payment is still pending in my account & asking for collection to be confirmed but I’m unable to do that without the code. I have reached out & mesaged the buyer with no response after 4 days, please advise on how to resolve the issue. I didn’t realise things had become so complicated!!

·3 months agoYou will just have to wait for your payment to be released.
Without the code, payments are usually held for 14 days as long as the buyer doesn't open a case.
