Mentor3 months ago@mohaalmu_41 Your listing is still up and running in the wrong format, if anyone buys it they are in a position to end up with the van and a full refund.
As advised, you need to end it and set it up correctly. You can use the button on this eBay guidance page to end a listing:

Mentor3 months agoJust to add to all the correct advice given, after ending this listing, look to relist it in a Classified ad format.

Mentor3 months agoYou need to end this listing NOW. Apart from anything else you will be charged a very much higher fee for selling this van if you don't list it correctly, in eBay motors.
You also need to read and understand eBay's money back guarantee to buyers - there is a link to it in every listing. But the good news is that if it's correctly listed in eBay motors there is no buyer protection, so the buyer couldn't return it unless you agree to this. Remember that there is no seller protection either, so be sure to require payment by a safe way that the buyer can't just reverse later.

Mentor3 months agoDo you really think that you can get that van in a small box to send out via Royal Mail?!

Mentor3 months agoThis is confusing, why have you got a postage option on a van?
The ebay money back guarantee doesn't apply to vehicles but you have listed in a category that covers more than vehicles and the MBG is showing on your listing as well as payment through ebay, so the buyer will actually have protection,
I suggest you end the listing and list again as a vehicle, putting the catering information in the title and the description. That way it will be cash on collection only and no MBG protection. Classified adverts are best for vehicles.
