Selling a coin and worry about buyer

Iv put a coin on for sale. At considerable amount. The buyer has sent an offer. He’s 200 miles away , the buyer is a new account with no previous transactions. I just worry it’s opportunity for a scam. Like I send the coin and they complain or try say it’s void or not real and eBay open a dispute. And then hold payment ect. It’s genuine 100% real coin. Had it in family for years. I Would have preferred a collection to ensure it’s genuine and happy buyer. . But I can’t message the buyer either.

I would never sell an item of that value on ebay.
Even with collection, buyer is still covered by MBG.
Try local auction house.
