Selling a clone
I have a clone of a Rolex watch that I want to sell. The listing has been removed, even though I stated throughout that this is NOT a genuine Rolex and also pointed out that it's illegal in the UK to pass it off as genuine. Can I sell this on eBay?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt's illegal to sell counterfeit items in the UK anywhere, so if it wasn't a genuine Rolex it would have been removed.

OP3 weeks agoYeah, but it's not a fake, it's a lookalike. And my listing makes it clear that it's not genuine.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt doesn't matter how you describe it they are not allowed. If you relist it you risk getting your account suspended.
