I have attempted to contact eBay without success. I have an item that has received an offer from a potential buyer. I am eager to accept this offer; however, I encounter difficulties, as the system does not respond when I click on it. I received a notification this morning indicating that the offer is still active. This situation is quite frustrating.

Mentor3 weeks agoSo many things have gone wrong recently, I suggest you check your personal details and location are correct as if incorrect that could upset your ability to accept offers.
I found a little while ago, that my Romford Postcode had put me in Guildford Surrey. At least still in England.

Mentor3 weeks agoThanks. I've checked that listing and I can't explain why you're unable to accept an active offer, I can see no obvious reason unless the buyer retracted their offer just after that message about it being active was sent.
