I have listed an item as postage only but when it sells it comes through as arrange collection. It's impossible to speak to anyone, how do I resolve this?

I'm thinking some eager bot has picked up this, and thinks it's a selling for a car, and hence Collection only. 🤔
Try listing it without Land Rover in title once postage is showing see then if it allows Land Rover to be added, if not you may need to just have this in the description box only perhaps it can be shown in Item Specifics?
