If i have sent a item and the status says delivered but has been stolen from the door supposedly and buyer has opened a case and stopped me from receiving my money, will the buyer get refunded even though this is Evri fault and will i still get paid or will i lose my money and my item??

Mentor5 months agoIf you have tracking to show delivery to their name and address, and they open a case for item not received, it will close in your favour, neither you nor eBay refund the buyer.
eTheir fight will be with Evri for not leaving the item in a safe place.
