Hi recently sold some alloy wheels on eBay not understanding how eBay works now thought they had been paid and buyer contacted me to arrange collection i told him that I would leave them outside he picked them up at the agreed time as seen on my CCTV and then realised I need a code or to scan something tried contacting buyer several times to ask if he can provide this and have had no response where do I stand??
